having been to the hotel for many years ,we feel the level of services and changes ythat have been made has only increased are enjoyment more .

Over all great! All of the staff were really pleasant and friendly. However service was very slow.

Thank you for your advice concerning the food and the treatments - we´ll certainly discuss that and we are sorry, that the food was cold on the evening when we had the buffet with the Alpbach specialities. The spa and the gym are areas of recreation and therefore only for adults. Thank you for your understanding.

Our third or fourth year at Böglerhof...staff and management have a way of making us feel welcomed and pampered. The little extras are the icing on the cake -
from Monika wrapping gifts at the front desk to the decorating our room so nicely for our wedding anniversary. It’s ice seeing familiar face among staff and other guests. Apropos staff - your new additions were all really special, they fit in seamlessly!
