Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Unseren ersten Kontakt über die Mails, bis hin zur Anreise und das warm Welcome von Andrea M.-Ihrem Rezeptionisten, absolut herzlich. Dies hat sich durch das gesamte Haus, wie ein roter Faden gezogen. Wir kommen selber aus dem gastronomischen Bereich und sind mit absoluter Leidenschaft dabei und dies ist in Ihrem Hause deutlich zu spüren. Ihre Mitarbeiter wissen den familiären Umgang zu schätzen und spiegeln dies an die Gäste wieder. Wir waren auf jeden Fall nicht das letzte Mal da und kommen super gern wieder!

Excellent. Only slight complaint would be that I found your pillows too soft or with the firmer ones, too small

having been to the hotel for many years ,we feel the level of services and changes ythat have been made has only increased are enjoyment more .

Over all great! All of the staff were really pleasant and friendly. However service was very slow.

Thank you for your advice concerning the food and the treatments - we´ll certainly discuss that and we are sorry, that the food was cold on the evening when we had the buffet with the Alpbach specialities. The spa and the gym are areas of recreation and therefore only for adults. Thank you for your understanding.
