Good as always just the spa and room was a little disappointing

We have had another fantastic holiday! Such a warm welcome from all staff. Hotel always improved and upgraded. New Year evening was spectacular; we all enjoyed the food -and staff service was outstanding - Annika (?) was fantastic. Very impressive fireworks display!

we loved the hotel and the friendly welcome, the children's club was an unexpected bonus, our kids loved it and wanted to go each day

Un super séjour , zen, reposant dans ce magnifique village d 'Alpbach que je connais depuis mon enfance et qui ne change quasiment pas . Un véritable havre de paix dans le plus pur style tyrolien . Des moments de rêve dans un monde hors du temps : génial !!

We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to return. The service was exceptional and all of the staff very friendly. The kids club was amazingly convenient and the children loved it. The food was wonderful. Altogether it was a holiday which surpassed our expectations!

Nous venons en famille pour la dixième fois ( hiver et été). C'est toujours un plaisir : accueil, service, propreté, nourriture, infrastructure toujours au top. Merci à toute l'équipe et plus particulièrement à Christiane qui nous a servis le soir au restaurant et proposé comme d'habitude d'excellents vins autrichien.
