We had a wonderful time at your beautiful hotel. The only comment I would like to make is that the reception staff should be briefed that children age 5 and under do not need a ski lift pass. Our 100 Euros were refunded by the lift company but we still paid the service charge to Boeglerhof. Everyone was super helpful at the hotel though so we are not making a complaint, just wanted you to be aware for other guests. Thank you for everything! Emma x
