Sehr gutes Hotel mit gelebter langer Tradition, 7 Uhr Glockenläuten und Zimmer an der Straße und direkt an Kirche morgens laut

Excellent Hotel. Outstanding service from all staff, and genuine in their desire to help their guests. equal best service we have ever experienced in top 4 and 5 star Hotels. Food very good and what one would expect from 4 star superior.

As a family we absolutely loved it. The kids club is amazing and Astrid was just so good with the children the amazing crafts that were completed during the stay are in pride of place in our home now. We could not keep our daughter out of the club. The restaurant staff are amazing nothing is too much trouble. The swimming pool and sauna area is fabulous. This hotel is definitely our favourite and we cannot wait to book a return trip. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

Alles sehr gut! Ein bisschen schade finde ich die innenarchitektonische Veränderungen, die ein wenig des ursprünglichen Reizes verloren haben, z.B. in der Fuggerstube.
