The staff at the hotel, restaurants (in both the sushi part as well as the steak part) and the bar were phenomenal. Our server, Chris, was prompt and delightful. He made great recommendations for not only the food but things to do at the Christmas Markets. The sushi chef, Kei, was a magician with some of the best tasting and best presentation of sushi I have experienced. The steaks were unbelievable and the steakhouse chef should be awarded 4 Michelin stars. Also, the Spirit of India had an amazing atmosphere and the barkeep really knew his mixology. The owner of the restaurants and hotel, Christian, even came by to say hello and ensure our visit was exceptional. Overall, one of the best experiences in not only Bad Salzuflen, not only in Germany but perhaps all of Europe.

Ganz prima, Hotel sehr heimelig, schöne saubere Zimmer, lage optimal und ein sehr gutes Frühstück in einer kuscheligen Umgebung mit freundlichem Service.

Nettes Hotel, aber etwas überhöht beworben

Sehr traurige Leistung für die Nebensaison, die verschiedenen Öffnungszeiten, sei es die Bar, der Spa Bereich, oder das Zimmer, wurden von den Mitarbeitern nicht vernünftig kommuniziert. Uns war es leider nicht möglich das gebuchte Arrangement in Anspruch zu nehmen, dies wurde uns bei Anreise nicht mitgeteilt.

Der Eindruck vom Hotel ist sehr schön. Der Eingang ist schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich gleich willkommen.

Ein Haus, dem man die Tradition und die gewachsene Struktur ansieht, was aber nicht zum Nachteil gerät. Der Pool-Sauna-Bereich ist jedoch baulich aus der Zeit gefallen und würde wohl in der Form neu nicht mehr genehmigt.

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel mit netten Personal und tollem Frühstück. Jedoch war das Zimmer wirklich enttäuschend.
