Umfassend sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Tolle Lage!
Mitarbeiter total freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Sehr schöne und funktionale Zimmer.
Toll ist die Idee , einen Getränkegutschein zu erhalten, wenn auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet wird.
Frühstück sehr lecker und reichhaltig.
Es war rundum schön im Havenhostel!

I traveled all day to get to the hotel, and on arrival the staff treated me like family. The following day this treatment continued, with great service at breakfast, which was delicious, and then the booking of taxi to take me to my final destination. The staff you have are a great credit to your company, and I have told all my work colleagues how marvellous it was staying at your hotel, and so hopefully it should bring in extra business to you.
