Sehr unglückliche Reaktion der Mitarbeiterin, als ich meine Bitte vortrug, nicht mehr in die 3.Etage gebucht zu werden. Professionell war das nicht. Habe verärgert das Haus am nächsten Morgen verlassen. Bin eigentlich gerne im Domhotel zu Gast, jedoch nicht mehr in besagter Etage!!

Insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausstattung edel und gepflegt. Rezeption: Empfang korrekt. Könnte in der Kommunikation freundlicher und auskunftsfreudiger sein. Nach dem Motto: "wir sind für Sie da. Wie können wir Ihren Aufenthalt in unserem Haus so angenehm wie möglich gestalten."

Ein nettes, gediegenes Hotel in Toplage. Auf dem ersten Blick etwas plüschig. Ein sehr schöner Frühstücksraum. Sehr freundliche Angestellte im Empfang.

In general, very good impression of this stay, location is excellent and very convenient to the old town area and a lot of good restaurant nearby. people are also very nice and help for supporting my stay. thanks.
