Only complaint is that I would have appreciated the ability to have a hot bed time drink (especially as I had a sore throat). British hotels tend to have small kettle tea/coffee making facility in the rooms and I missed not having this facility. I ordered an English breakfast tea with fresh milk to my room and Early Grey tea arrived with no milk.
The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.
