terribly bad and annoying , not heating in the room even i put max and auto AC , no hot shower in the morning , so cant shower for a long meeting day ... absolutely dreadful . i had to ask for the price reduction , nothing come from the staff to manage the high inconvenience : show the little care or seniority to manage such issues
