The reception team was super friendly and easygoing. They created a relaxed vibe from the moment I arrived. The bar has a really warm and inviting atmosphere.

Overall, the team delivered excellent service, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality.
I had a great experience with the reception team during my stay. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole visit feel smooth and pleasant.
A special mention goes to the gentleman who checked me out. He was extremely polite, efficient, and professional. His friendly attitude and clear communication left a very positive final impression.

Vielen Dank auch für Ihr Feedback bezüglich des Gin Tonic. Der Gin Tanqueray kostet CHF 12.–, der Tanqueray No. 10 CHF 15.–, jeweils zuzüglich CHF 6.50 für das Tonic. Dennoch hätte unser Servicepersonal Sie selbstverständlich im Voraus über die Preisgestaltung informieren sollen. Wir werden dies intern nochmals im Team besprechen.
