Geruch im Hotel nicht sehr angenehm; ansonsten hat alles gepasst! Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Nähe zum Flughafen!

Only issue was the free shuttle to the hotel. Got in late and struggled finding the shuttle pick up area etc. Had to call the hotel to get the correct directions. Fee for return was expensive, suggest an Uber instead.

It was just for one nicht to catch a train in the morning. The check-in manager was very helpful answering our questions about the shuttle service.( It is free to go from the airport to the hotel, but costs 6 chf per person to go back). Since it was our first stay he offered us free drinks at the bar. Nice touch! We were too tired to go to the bar in the evening, but got two cappuccinos to-go in the morning and free croissants. Very kind!

The reception team was super friendly and easygoing. They created a relaxed vibe from the moment I arrived. The bar has a really warm and inviting atmosphere.

Overall, the team delivered excellent service, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality.
I had a great experience with the reception team during my stay. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole visit feel smooth and pleasant.
A special mention goes to the gentleman who checked me out. He was extremely polite, efficient, and professional. His friendly attitude and clear communication left a very positive final impression.
