We were lucky that the shuttle bus was at the stop when we went outside at the airport! However, when we stayed at the hotel 4 days later, we waited over 40 minutes for the shuttle! As a result, we decided to take a taxi at a cost of about US20! It was a waste of our time to have waited. When we mentioned this issue at the front desk, the representative was very understanding and gave us a voucher for two drinks at the bar. We appreciated her gesture!

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience with our shuttle partner-company. We have already adressed this and we would like to apologize to you. The partner-company and our hotel have an agreement, that the shuttle from the airport to the hotel picks up the guests every 30 minutes (XX:00 & XX:30). That the shuttle did now show up for over 40 minutes without any information is not acceptable. We are sorry for that.
