To be fair, the room was perfect, the receptionists are very friendly and welcoming, and the waitress in the restaurant was very friendly as well. But the experience of the food presented in the breakfast was the worst!. It was very disappointing to find the buffet containers empty, and we had to order the scrambled egg. In any 3 star (not even 4 star) hotel, there would be containers filled with mashed potato, sausage, scrambled egg, and boiled vegetables without even asking a waitress/waiter.

First and foremost we would like to thank you a lot for your compliments for our staff. Our staff is the most valuable asset we have and we are happy that you could feel their passion for their job.
However, we are very sorry that our breakfast buffet did not meet your expectations. Please apologize that not all dishes were available in advance. This is not meant to be an excuse, however it is the case that due to the Corona situation we are allowed to welcome much fewer guests than usual. Therefore, on days when particularly few guests come for breakfast, we have decided to prepare certain dishes fresh for you a la carte, instead of heating them up in the containers for too long and perhaps throwing them away at the end. Nevertheless, we will be happy to pass on your feedback to our kitchen team and try to improve even further here. We hope that we can welcome you again in the future to spoil you with our dishes.
