I come over as it is close to the company I work with. Otherwise no chance I visit you again...sorry. The rooms are ok, the breakfast is ok, the gym is ok, the personnel is polite and sometimes smiling but not a single request gets processed right ! the overall experience is irritating, not at the level expected for a 4 stars.

Sehr gut. Leider konnten mein Kollege und ich (in verschiedenen Zimmern) die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen. Hat offensichtlich mit dem Service des Hotels nicht zu tuen, hat aber leider trotzdem mein Empfinden des Hotels beeintraechtigt.

Terrible experience. Check in desk was the slowest compared to all the hotels we have ever visited

Dear Guest,

thank you very much for having taken the time to write a feedback and to share your experience with us and other guests. We are sad to read that you did not enjoy your stay as much as desired.

Although this is of course not an excuse, we would like to explain that on this day we received a short term "emergency booking" from the airport, because a plane could not take off and the passengers needed an overnight stay. Due to the pandemic and other factors, we were also unfortunately at this time in a situation where we had to deal with staff shortages. My colleague, who was alone in the shift that evening, since we did not know in advance about the extra work due to the flight booking, did her best to accommodate all guests. However, we can understand that it was very inconvenient for you as an arriving guest to have to wait so long and we would like to formally apologize for this and hope that we may nevertheless welcome you again in the future to convince you of us and our service.
