for been a swiss hotel, the quality of service was at the low end, no coffee in the rooms, no hot water, I would never use them again.

Regarding the coffee or tea in the room, it depends on the room category booked. Our standard rooms offer a kettle with tea, the comfort rooms a coffee maker. Feel free to ask for more information at the reception desk.
