Good, especially with the early check-in. Softer beds would have mad it excellent.

Von außen "Betonbunker". Insbesondere die Auffahrt ähnelt einer Lieferanteneinfahrt und ist wenig einladend.
Das Innere des Hotels ist sehr ansprechend und kann überzeugen.

Overall experience was very good. A VERY pleasant surprise was Louie in the bar. Passionate about his craft, personable, and he made our visit to the bar an exceptional time.

It's been a really comfortable stay at hotel, however, the AC was weak and can only open the window about 2 inches . It was really hot that night staying at the hotel. We didn't have really sound and good sleep that night staying at the hotel.

Somewhat disappointed with how my room service was dealt with, other than that it is a nice hotel.

Ok aber wesentlich verbesserungswürdig.
Mal Wasser mal nicht keine minibar.
Was ist das Zucker im zimmer wird nur willkuehrlich aufgefüllt. Katastrophe fuer ein Hotel mit solch schlechten Service. Aber kein Wunder bei den Gästen die jeden Tag kommen.
