The overall experience was quite pleasant, especially given the fact that I was in the hotel in excess of 25 days. As described above, the front desk staff were exceptional. The only complaint that I would have is that the hotel is not set up very well for the large influx of tour groups. When a large group arrives or departs, the lobby is completely full with people and luggage and it is extremely difficult to gain access to the elevators. In addition, the elevators are extremely small. It would be nice if the staff elevator could be used by frequent guests, or if the stairs were accessible from inside the hotel so that is an option. It was rather frustrating to return from a day of work, to have to navigate through the huge crowds and wait for an elevator.

We know that we do have a elevator problem in the evening sometimes. Unfortunately we don't have the posibility to us the stairs. But if we do have the time we always try to bring the individual guest with the service elevator.

The reception desk is very well managed and motivated. Always helpful. I have stayed a few times and am already booked from 10 to 17 August. Hope to stay for longer periods.just to enjoy switzerland and around.

very good hotel. modern and clean room. very silent despite the fact that the train pass few meters from the hotel.
