Front desk staff was friendly.
Room service was not efficient - had to wait 40 min. until the food delivered to the room. And I had no bottle opener to open the cap of mineral water.

We are really sorry for the unefficient service from the roomservice. Normally the waiting times are not that long. We are on the way to check with our Restaurant what happened that evening.
