Front desk staff was friendly.
Room service was not efficient - had to wait 40 min. until the food delivered to the room. And I had no bottle opener to open the cap of mineral water.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zu lange Wartezeiten beim Essen (Eventbuffet), bei den Kaffepausen zu lange Schlangen an den wenigen Automaten, Snacks kamen teilweise zu spat.

Nice rooms, excellent service.
Not the best arrangement when we had lunch and dinner. There should have been more "stations" where you could take the food. The line of people where very long.

I was in the hotel for a business meeting and I found a very well organized structure with all the necessary features for business.
The staff was very professional and available to satisfy customers requests

Average, I have done better in CH for that price

My overall experience was awful. Shuttle bus late, dinner not available in restaurant and not informed before arrival, room service 2 1/2 times longer than quotes and no follow up etc etc.

Teppichboden in den Zimmern in einem neuen Hotel ist doch einfach ein no go!!!!!!!
