My overall experience was completely terrible for one and only reason. I made a reservation via phone and the assistant informed me that the price per room per night is 220 CHF. I remember it vividly because I had to check that the price was in accordance with the maximum limit that my institution can cover. I did not receive any written confirmation for that and did not claim one as I was foolish to trust a 4 star hotel in Switzerland. When I checked out, I was asked to pay 1450 CHF for two nights for two rooms!!! The receptionist said that the price per room per night was 360 CHF plus tax! Unfortunately, as I did not have any confirmation when I made the reservation via phone I had to pay this ridiculously big amount of money!! Well done to your business!!
