The Air conditioner experience must be better. The room is too hot. I had my room opened by the housekeeping 4th times when I was sleeping in the morning.

It was a short stay for less than 12 hours. So it was overall good. I wish I could have some early breakfast because I left before 6.

Very pleasant stay for one night before our flight home. The room was very nice, had everything we needed and the staff was friendly. I was concerned by some of the reviews I read saying that the A/C wasn’t sufficient but it was excellent! We actually had to turn up the thermostat. Also, others complained about the airport transfer service but we found them to be very courteous and right on time. It was a perfect place to stay!

Satisfactory with exception of shuttle service reliability. I also left a bag in storage after leaving group trip for independent travel, then returned for one more night. It was immensely helpful to be able to leave large suitcase with hotel!
