Restaurant Bar-FoodMenu was limited and over-priced for the fare.

I had my room next to the train rail, with trains running from 6am to midnight waking me up in the morning and not making me sleep till late

Hotel überbucht, Reservierung funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Mini bar upgrade mit Dorint Club Card funktioniert nicht immer. Personal ausgelastet, lange Wartezeiten. Dafür sauber und schöne Zimmer

Ladies at registration went above and beyond to help me purchase tickets for tram. These were the two on duty at 8:00 am on September 26.
