Service not good. Not friendly. Room was not cleaned on day 2. No aircon.

We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with the service and the friendly atmosphere during your visit and that your room was not cleaned on the second day.
We do not clean our rooms every day; this is also stated on your booking confirmation. We ask about this at check-in, and it seems this did not happen in your case, for which we can only apologize.
We also understand that the lack of air conditioning affected your comfort, especially during the warmer months.
