First thing we were told when we arrived is that the rooms will not be cleaned, really? the least you could do is ask if this is ok?!

For some time now we have decided to make a further contribution to protecting the environment by cleaning the staying rooms during the stay at the guest's separate request. Intermediate cleaning can be ordered at reception up to 2 p.m. the day before. A corresponding notice is available in the hotel rooms in the form of a flyer.
Furthermore, our reception team will point this out at check-in. The rooms can of course be cleaned on request.
