The reception was not aware of my Dorint membership during checkin even though I gave my number during my reservation e-mail. The complimentary drinks everytime we receive was not there. When I asked for it, the reception staff handed me 2 bottles of beer which I think was quite rude. I don't need to take complimentary drinks to home...
