Very satisfying. Car park ticket was not working one day. I was stucked outside trying to go out. The barrier would not open.

The internet did not work for first two days. That was frustrating

Everthing fine except the lack of AC(as it was very warm at my visit) and that the wifi never worked

Restaurant was awful, manager [anonymized] should not be a manager. When shown to him that my steak was not cooked how was ordered, he simply agreed that I was correct and then just took the plate away. No further response was provided. I had to go to speak to other staff to find out what was happening. The trainee, [anonymized]....how he speaks to customers is unacceptable. I would not recommend to be served by these two individuals. However, [anonymized] was amazing, she has the right skills to deal with a complaint and was so good on the night. She should be appointed as the manager or train the rest of the staff how to deal with customers.

Nous avons été bien accueillis.
Notre chambre était agréable et propre (malheureusement pas côté circuit) et tant le diner que le petit-déjeuner étaient super !
Un point supplémentaire pour la pièce d’angus beef qui tant par sa qualité que par sa cuisson et accompagnement était un régal !
