It was overpriced and lacking in rooms being without air-conditioning, mobile phone charging facilities near bed. No USB sockets in bedroom.
No conditioner. Water in fridge not replenish.
Reception staff where good and friendly.

Dear Caz Sanderson,

Thank you for taking the time to provide such a detailed review of your stay with us.

We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with some aspects of your room and that you felt the value for money, the lack of air conditioning, the limited charging options by the bed, the absence of USB ports, and other details could be improved. We take your detailed feedback regarding the comfort and amenities of the rooms very seriously and will forward it to the relevant departments.

However, we are pleased that you positively highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of our reception staff, as well as the cleanliness and our central location. We appreciate that you liked our location.

We thank you for your feedback, as it helps us to continuously improve the experience for our guests.
