We are very sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We are sorry to hear that there were some discrepancies regarding the breakfast bill and that you were unable to use this service.
We deliberately do not offer daily room cleaning. Therefore, we should ask at check-in whether you would like daily room cleaning. Unfortunately, this does not seem to have happened in your case, and we apologize for this.
Of course, we will clean the rooms daily upon request.
Your feedback regarding the functionality of the electrical outlet, as well as your other comments, will help us to improve our service for our guests.
