Ottimo e confortevole

Siamo lieti che abbia trovato il nostro hotel "eccellente e confortevole". È un piacere particolare leggere che sia rimasto completamente soddisfatto della camera, del servizio e della pulizia. Il suo feedback positivo riguardo ai servizi in camera è un grande incentivo per il nostro team.

Grazie per il suggerimento riguardo agli accappatoi e alle pantofole. Saremo lieti di fornirli su richiesta; poiché l'hotel non dispone di un'area benessere, non sono forniti di serie in camera.
