more than 10 years going to the hotel and still not very nice the treatment

Overall the hotel was good, but the reception staff are rude and unhelpful. Feel like it’s a ploy to pretend to loose a reservation to try and charge more for a room. While checking out the reception staff had a bad attitude when asking information about the tourist tax.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage zur Messe. Nur die Tiefgarage ist zu teuer mit 32 € am Tag

Gutes Hotel aber in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr nettes Personal. Teppichböden nicht gut für Allergiker.
