Ich war vor ca 3 Jahren da gewesen. Begeistert gewesen vom gesamten. Beim jetzigen Besuch entäuscht gewesen. Vom Service von der Sauberkeit und vom Personal.Im gesamten werde es nicht mehr besuchen.

Nice Rooms, please check in advance the booking. I booked the room for 2adults and a 12years old child. It was around 11pm when I entered the room 669. My girl (12) started crying when she noticed that there was no extra bed for her. I told her that I will call and arrange the bed, then telephone in the room was out of order. When I told at the receptionist that booking is for 2 adults and a child and there is no extra bed, first he said that we got only booking for double bed!! I showed him that we have booked a room for 2 adults and a child then I was given a another room 455 with extra bed. I booked the room with a parking and breakfast. While I was checking out then they told me that parking is euro 25.- additional charges. To be honest this was a another disappointment. I personally think its bit too much for few hours parking. I left the hotel with a bad taste.

Ich war wieder sehr zufrieden und hoffe, dass der kleine Mangel im Bad bis zum nächsten Besuch beseitigt wird.

The service is to be improved, not very helpful. Especially the front desk. they forgot the room service one day. They also forgot the room service (plates etc in the room most of the time)

Ottimo soggiorno e posizione ottimale per l'accesso diretto in fiera
