It was perfect. Very good price for a very good hotel. The best we had in Köln. Nice service.
Good location, but still quiet in the room.
We loved Everything!

Very disappointed to be told at 23.00 that there was no room service available as the kitchens had run out of food. I find that totally unacceptable.
Would I stay at the Dorint again? No, not if there were rooms available at the Radisson or the Ibis.

Blij dat we dit hotel geboekt hadden, alles klopte en was naar wens.

Ons enige probleem bij ons was dat we al een keer geboekt hadden....bij Amoma. Die gingen failliet. nu moesten we weer opnieuw boeken.
Het geld kregen e niet terug, omdat we al heel lang geleden hadden geboekt.
Dus we hebben die 2 nachten dubbel betaald.

Maar daar kon het hotel niets aan doen en we hebben dan ook genoten en zijn heel tevreden over alles tijdens ons verblijf.

Un hotel moderno, con muchas facilidades, cómodo, limpio y con buena comunicación con la ciudad. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Wie immer gut bis auf die Reservierung im Restaurant. Diese hat nicht geklappt obwohl im nachhinein nicht viel los war
