It was good experience but the tea, standard coffee and still water were not available. However, Nespresso coffee was available at room.
Room service is not easy to get and staff is not familiar with english language, although they are friendly but hardly understand your needs when speaking in English
it is a great pity that we have not been able to convince you completely, but we are very grateful for the information you have given us. We will of course communicate these comments internally and take further steps immediately. We have informed our partner company in room service about the communication problems.
