Our stay at this hotel was overall average. On the positive side, the room was spacious and comfortable, which we really appreciated. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the elevator was fast and efficient. The large window with a city view was a nice highlight. The location was also convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the Bahnhof. We also liked that the room had both a separate bathtub and shower, as well as a fridge and an electric kettle.
However, there were some notable downsides. The mattress was old and overly soft, to the point where we could hear the springs, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The pillows were very thin and flat, and honestly didn’t make much difference whether we used them or not. Additionally, some of the towels had stains, which was not very pleasant from a hygiene perspective.
Overall, the hotel has good potential, but improvements in bedding quality and cleanliness would make a big difference
