We’re pleased to hear that you rated your overall experience as very good and that you were satisfied with the value for money and the quality of your room.
However, we sincerely regret the issue you experienced with the air conditioning. A room temperature of 28°C is clearly uncomfortable, especially when the system was set to 19°C. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience – we will immediately have our technical team investigate and ensure that this is resolved for future guests.
