Have visited 4 times in last 10 years, used to be great but started going downhill in 2022 and was worse this year.
thank you very much for your honest feedback. We are sorry to hear that since 2022 your stay has not met the high standards you are used to from us. We take your criticism very seriously.
The defects you described, such as the wear and tear of the rooms, the defective bathtub lining, the carpet and the problems with cleanliness, do not meet our standards of quality and comfort. We will discuss these issues promptly with our housekeeping and maintenance team to ensure that such issues are avoided in the future.
We are also sorry that the service seemed rude in some areas. This is certainly not our standard, and we will train our staff to be more friendly and helpful. However, we are pleased that the bar staff was able to leave a positive impression.
We hope that on a future visit you will give us the opportunity to visit you again
