We've had a very pleasant stay. The room and breakfast was great and the possibility to go to the spa and fitness was very nice.

Het spijt ons oprecht dat we niet aan uw verwachtingen op het gebied van netheid konden voldoen.

Prima locatie maar de service van het personeel is slecht

Pour une première fois à Cologne pour les marchés de Noël, l'hôtel a l'emplacement idéal. Juste dommage que le personnel ne parle pas du tout en français. En étant à une bonne heure de chez nous, nous pensions que cela ne serait pas un problème. Hôtel à recommander vivement en cette période.

The hotel staff, except the maintenance man and bar staff could all benefit from customer service training. Attention to detail seriously lacks.
