Fabulous hotel with great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Our train was cancelled and they advised us of a different route to take

Way too expensive for the price but overall a good hotel - no hotel is flawless

We regret that in some areas it was not to your full satisfaction. We will immediately check your instructions on cleanliness, especially the air conditioning filter and the scent of the soap, and take appropriate measures to improve these points.

Ich bin Dorint Kunde seit vielen Jahren aber Preis Leistung sind für mich leider zweit auseinander. Aber ich rede nur von den Zimmern.
Personal und der Rest war für mich wie immer alles ok.
Es ist auch nur eine Anmerkung. Ich werde sie weiterhin besuchen.

Vielleicht habe ich ja mal die Möglichkeit in einer Loʻge im Rhein Energie Stadion eingeladen zu werden mit meinem Sohn .
Wir reisen jedes mal über 500 km und besuchen ihr Haus nur zum Fussball.
Vielleicht besteht ja mal die Möglichkeit.

Pretty bad. Worst hotel I’ve been in in us, Spain, France, london

I planned our Christmas market break for me and 9 friends. The Dorint hotel was perfect for our needs and we all had a wonderful time, all the staff were so efficient and friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable. A great stay thank you.
