The location, the view of my room, the cleanliness were all excellent. It was just explained before booking that the price includes spa and swimming pool. But apparently when I arrived there the receptionist explained it was not included. Just a suggestion, maybe put it in the description so that customers can choose the room according to what is listed / notify early before booking that the spa and swimming pool are not included.
