We hebben een fantastisch weekend beleefd!
Minpuntje was de temperatuur op de kamer, het was erg warm en raam kon niet ver open.
We komen vast nog een keer terug

I had a problem parking my car, in the past I used the hotel park for all same ticket. Now it costs 6 euros per hour, up to max of 31. This is true in case I keep it in the park continuously, but because I had to go in and out, it was charging from start. This is a very expensive issue.

Mein Aufenthalt war im Rahmen einer Tagung. Leider ist das Speisenangebot für Vegetarier sehr einfallslos und entspricht nicht dem was man im 21. Jahrhundert erwarten kann. Fertig Schupfnudeln mit ein bisschen Gemüse, Fertig Tortellini mit Sahnesauce und am zweiten Tag nur Beilagengemüse. Noch ein Tag mehr und ich hätte Ihrem Koch in der nächst besten Buchhandlung ein vegetarisches Kochbuch besorgt...
Das geht doch sicherlich besser, oder ist das der Anspruch von Dorint?

Leider scheint das Büffet nicht ganz Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen zu haben, was uns sehr leid tut. Wir sind stets bemüht, eine große Auswahl an vegetarischen Speisen anzubieten.

I had a good experience. But, I would prefer to have a full minibar.
One of the room service team had very bad sweat smell that stayed for a period of time in the room. Windows do not open to get fresh air.

There are 3 staff members for check inn and enough computers to do this. However always only one person at desk and other in office while there is a line of 4 persons waiting for 10 minutes... Do something about those elevators, way to slow and one of the 3 didn't work.. No charging station in parking. Had to pay parking 2 times, since ticket was not validated during first payment. Complained about this but the guy didn't understand it.

It’s a great hotel. Great location. The room key situation is out of control. I stayed 3 days and had to have my room keys re-keyed 4 times. The room key is required for elevator operation. The system is so finicky. It takes 6-10 attempts to get the elevator to work. Once I figured out the system I assisted many other hotel guests during my stay in the operation of the elevator / key problem. I’d get in the elevator with 3-4 other guests, none of which could get their keys to work in the elevator. The front desk check in process is painfully slow. If you need to get your room key re-keyed you must wait in line at the front desk for 20-40 min while 1-2 hotel team members assist check in / out customers. Try waiting in line 4 times during your stay just to get your key redone. It’s a ridiculous system and needs to be rethought.

Firstly, I would like to apologize for all the inconveniences which occurred during your stay with us. This is definitely not the standard we are used to and which we try to provide to our valued guest.
I can fully understand your disappointment in this situation, but on the other hand I would like to thank you as well to bring this to my attention.
Unfortunately, the key cards are sensitive and it happens once in a while that the magnetic strip decodes when it comes close to the cell phone.

We have gratefully noted your points and will discuss them in detail with our management in order to improve accordingly for the benefit of our guests.
I kindly ask you to give us a second chance to show you that we can do better.
