Der Empfang war super freundlich.
Das gebuchte Zimmer mit Domblick war wahrscheinlich nicht verfügbar und uns wurde Dafür ein Zimmer mit 180cm angeboten.
Leider war das Zimmer dann mit einem 160cm Bett und ohne domblick.
Daraufhin bekamen wir ein Upgrade (auch als Geschenk zum Hochzeitstag)
Danke dafür.
Leider Kam nicht das zum Frühstück was bestellt wurde.
Sahne Tee ohne Sahne
Ein Ei statt 2
1 Orangensaft statt 2
Und Wurst statt 2 mal Käseplatte ...
Aber trotzdem lecker und auf Anfrage wurde das auch nachgeliefert.

Comfortable with a large room and very comfortable bed. Modern, clean, good facilities such as bar/restaurant, parking, spa.

Das ganze Hotel ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Die zentrale Lage spielt natürlich auch eine große Rolle. Was wirklich ärgert ist das Fehlen einer KAFFEEMASCHINE. Die Benutzung sollte auch kostenlos sein .In der Gesamtkalkulation eines Zimmer würde sich der Preis dann gering erhöhen oder aber auch nicht !!!!!!

We came in the hotel 7 years ago and we liked the experience, but when we came this time, it was disappointing
Room was the farthest away possible from the elevator and we had to cross the entire corridor ( maybe because of Cathedral View ), no mini bar ( OK, COVID probably ), room was small and narrow, although "comfort room" was selected ( The Entrance in the room seems larger than the bedding space itself, just for walking in and cupboards ), not much space between bed and TV Stand, ONE seat only in the room. one water bottle but only ONE glass.... this is a room for two people ..... come on ....
Mattress and pillows were much too soft
we could have asked for a room change, but due to COVID, we didn't want to ... maybe we should have
Hotel / bar wasn't even decorated for Christmas, not even a Christmas tree ...

Erg fijn hotel op een goede locatie. Mooie kamer met fijne badkamer. Het onbijt is ook erg goed.
