Disappointed because of the check in experience . This was the start of my holiday and I was let down by not having the room I had booked and paid for in advance , and then the receptionist trying to re-charged me for another room (500 euro) . Being turned away from breakfast 2 out of the 3 days was also quite embarrassing . The rest of the experience was faultless .
