Lovely modern hotel, excellent central accommodation with very friendly staff

Ok but improvements to room needed. Old fashioned furniture doesn't correlate with modern and lovely reception area.

We are pleased that you particularly praised the reception area, the location, and the service at our bar. At the same time, we regret that your room and certain service procedures did not meet your expectations.

We take your comments regarding the furnishings and the need for renovation of the rooms very seriously.

We are sorry that the room cleaning was very late one day and did not meet our standards. The size of the bath towels and the lack of clean dishes also did not meet our standards and have been discussed immediately with the responsible team.

We have also noted your comments regarding the breakfast service, especially the waiting time at the egg station and the intermittent availability of English breakfast tea, and will implement improvements as soon as possible.

Thank you also for your positive feedback on the service at our bar – we will gladly pass this praise on to our team.

Insgesamt ok. Lage top. Frühstück ok. Frühstücksraum sehr laut. Der Preis fürs Frühstück sehr teuer im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels. Zimmer aufgrund des Teppichs muffig und sehr warm, trotz Klimaanlage.

Auch Ihre Anmerkungen zum Frühstück und zum Frühstücksraum haben wir aufgenommen. Wir bedauern die Wartezeit auf den Filterkaffee und dass der Raum zeitweise als laut empfunden wurde.
