Parking a bit too expansive! €60 in total for 28 hours parking.

Dear Michael,

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are very sorry that you are dissatisfied with the parking fee for the parking lot.

Our parking fees are adapted to local conditions and demand. We are sorry if this has given the impression that we are trying to unduly burden tourists.

However, we take your comments seriously and will think internally about how we can make communication about them clearer to avoid misunderstandings and provide a better experience for our guests.

We hope you will keep good memories of Cologne and our hotel despite this unpleasant experience and would be happy to welcome you again on a future occasion.

Verwarming moet echt lager! Verder redelijk goede ervaring.

Geachte Leonie! Hartelijk dank voor uw feedback en het delen van uw ervaring.

Wij zijn zeer blij te lezen dat u onze ligging, netheid en het uitgebreide ontbijt positief heeft beoordeeld. Tegelijkertijd vinden wij het bijzonder spijtig dat u niet heeft kunnen slapen door de hoge kamertemperatuur en het geluid van buiten. Dit voldoet absoluut niet aan onze normen. Uw opmerkingen over de verwarming worden intern opgepakt zodat dit in de toekomst beter geregeld is.

Ook uw feedback over ons restaurant en de bar nemen we ter harte. De verhouding prijs/portie van de soep en de gemiste service met het brood zijn verbeterpunten die wij met het team zullen bespreken. Uw suggesties met betrekking tot de muziekvariatie aan de bar worden eveneens meegenomen.

Wij waarderen uw eerlijkheid en hopen u in de toekomst een meer comfortabele ervaring te kunnen bieden.
