Discreto se non fosse che la tariffa durante il periodo di fiera risulta essere 7/8 volte quella normale e nonostante ciò una sera al nostro rientro un collega ha trovato la porta della camera aperta. Pulizie inesistenti, camera solamente sistemata e neanche bene / completamente.

Bad experience in general, really how can you charge USD800 per night, no water in room, air conditioning not working, ugly reception people, refrigerator in room not working, charge for gym?! At usd800 rate not seen even in Dubai.
Could not have dinner in restaurant in free tables due to luck of personal.
Disaster and is not the first time I am staying at hotel.

Overall experience was pathetic. Room air coditioning was not working. Complaint many times yet nothing. Asked for a refund because i literally had head rash but nothing. Will not recommend nore go there anymore. Infact will not recommend to my followers on google and tiktok.
