You made me pay 670€ for 3 nights, sorry but you have lost a customer for ever.
You took advantage of the lack of beds in Cologne last week and have lost my confidence. I was a loyal and frequent customer of yours.

Dass Kunden mit garantierter Buchung (Kreditkarte) wegen Überbuchung weggeschickt und stattdessen in einem alten Bunker untergebracht werden ist schlichtweg unverschämt!
Für die verbleibende Übernachtung im Hotel selbst war jedoch alles bestens. Lediglich der Tagungsraum konnte nicht angenehm temperiert werden (entweder zu kalt oder zu warm)

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wenn man das Hotel betritt ist die Atmosphäre angenehm.

Overall good, but surprisingly Air conditioning was not operational although technician supposedly turned it on. Had to keep window open for proper temprature

Checking out day, I got wrong bill from front dest, I never use TV service, but got ERO $19.9 charge! And I used GYM in first day, this item is not showing on list. NOBODY can help to check out, I paid $20 and leave, it's terrible experience, I will never book this hotel again!!

Very good
Mr. Mikajelian at the front desk was a delight. Knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Gave us great restaurant recommendations each night. During check in he was patient with each guest as there was a large group of people that came in all at once.
