Leider war der Pool geschlossen!
Ein Restaurant war nicht vorhanden, obwohl in der Beschreibung bei Secret Escape beschrieben!?

I can honestly say that I would never visit your even if it was for Free. In many occasions I asked your front desk for a change of 500 Euro they declined on the spot without even checking and not even apologised. An incident happened where the room cleaner have taken the room access card from its place when complaining in the front desk the guy so casually and not caring said only sorry and he will see what happened and get back to me but he didn't which i really expected it. Twice I had dinner in harrys new york bar and they mess up my order so badly that when asking the service guy he Literally tole me " Its not my fault i told the chief but he made the order this way which was a burger" and other negative things as well. So overall experience is bad and for sure my next visit will be in a suite in the maritim hotel or Excelsior hotel. And will never recommend your hotel as well. and will make sure to contact the Tourism department in Dubai on the experience in order not to recommend your hotel or even mention it for tourists. Finally I can say ONLY two employees from your hotel where okay.

Leider etwas eingetrübt durch den überraschender Weise geschlossenen Pool, was durch das Zimmerupgrade aber einigermaßen wett gemacht wurde.

Gute Lage, gute Zimmer. Personal sehr unterschiedlich. Von sehr freundlich bis unaufmerksam. Zimmer reservieren direkt im Hotel ein no go und echt zum ärgern.
