Tolle Lage und schönes Ambiente. Parksituation ist nicht schön, zu wenig Parkplätze.

Wie immer - traumhafte Lage des Hotels - Nachleben einfach Super - Personal sehr sehr nett - Zimmer sehr schön. Komme immer wieder sehr gerne in dieses Hotel nach Köln!!!

The worst experience in the last few years , the service in the pervious stay was much better, my point from the last stay in 2012 wasn't added to my membership as well as the current one, never had th chance to redeem the point for the last 51 nights from 2012

Not bad but we had to pay more for some nights which the hotel had an event which we didnt know about it some nights about 400 €

Verry good but please put more english tv channels on the tv's we do watch things other than the news.

Food from room service was very poor. I ordered a pizza and it was under cooked as well as cold. I got asked why i hadn't checked out a day before the official check out date and the cleaner left me a phone number for a 'good time' on my note pad. Very disappointed overall.
