Overall stay was average as the phone in the room never worked during the time of my stay. As a business traveler from the US, the hotel seemed out dated and unfriendly to a business traveller. Due to an inoperable phone, I had to walk all the way down to the lobby to communicate any requests I had. For an example, to get an extra towel or communicate that he phone is not working. Iron was only available on the second floor. In 2026, there are options to bring hotel rooms to fire code. At the least, you can have a steaming iron in the roon for your guests to iron their business attire for important meetings.

Therefore, the area is not available for use by all hotel guests.
