Не вистачало в номері розеток біля ліжка, заздалегідь бронювали але по приїзду виявилось що немає вільного номера з одним двоспальним ліжком тож мене з моїм чоловіком заселили в номер з двома односпальними ліжками, в номері також не працював холодильник
Але сніданок в готелі був дуже смачним та нам дали картку на два безкоштовні напої, в також мою їжу запропонували сховати в своєму холодильнику на кухні

We are sorry to hear that the facilities in your room did not meet your expectations in all respects.
We particularly regret that you and your husband did not receive the desired room with a double bed, contrary to your reservation, as well as the lack of sockets by the bed and the technical problems with the fridge. We can well understand that this affected the comfort of your stay.
At the same time, we are very pleased that you found our breakfast to be extremely tasty and that you appreciated the small gesture in the form of free drinks and the offer to store your food in our fridge for safekeeping.
