We were very pleased with the property with one serious exception. The HVAC system is not guest friendly. We were told the "system" determines when air conditioning will be available based on the ambient (outside) temperature. Therefore when a guest room is warm, humid or stuffy a/c is not available if it is not warm outside. No one knew what temperature "warm" was. Even on days when the a/c was available, the "system" would turn it off when the evening cooled down despite the rooms still being warm and the building radiating heat to the interior. If the HVAC was not turned off the "system" would switch to heating and pump more heat into an already warm room.
